Before design, I managed a customer-facing team in fashion retail for three years, close to KPIs, A/B experiments and real customer signals. That experience shaped how I notice hesitation, trust and the small details that make a product feel easier to choose. Today I combine that attention with AI-assisted workflows for synthesis, structure and prototype experiments, so the work moves faster without losing judgment, accessibility or taste.
